With two decades in the service industry, Carly DeFazio’s real estate philosophy can be summed up in one word: authenticity.
Carly can connect with just about anyone, a trait she credits to her 16 years as a flight attendant. But it’s when she pursued a career in real estate that she truly elevated her down-to-earth disposition, empathetic nature and warm personality to a position that fulfills her own passions - and enables her to fulfill her clients’ goals.
Born and raised in Central Indiana, Carly has an innate understanding of the local market, while her years flying contribute to her unmatched worldview. She thrives in helping people navigate the often emotional process of buying and selling a home, and she takes pride in being a “guiding light” to everyone she partners with.
As an associate broker, Carly’s goal is to help more families find a place to call home and realize their real estate dreams - while feeling good about the way she's doing her business. She’s honest yet persistent, caring, joyful, and most of all, real.
An avid music lover and fierce friend, Carly currently resides in Indy’s northeast side with her husband, their three daughters and their loyal dog.
